DELIVERY
  • Where is my order?

Standard shipping time to UK, Europe, Usa, Canada, Australia is 2-3 working days so please allow this time. There are some country exceptions, please CLICK HERE to view our International Delivery timechart

We offer Next Working Day Delivery to the UK. If you have selected this option, your order will be delivered on the next working day after you placed your order. If your order is placed on the weekend or after 4.30pm on a Friday it will be delivered on the next Tuesday. If the order is placed on a Bank Holiday it will be delivered on the next working day following the first working day after the holiday.

Orders from any featured designers or vendors, such as PAvon or BDeS are despatched directly from the designer and as such usually have a longer delivery time of approx 10 working days.

RETURNS

1. Please check your tracking ID to ensure that it has been successfully delivered to us.
2. Please allow 2-3 days from the receipt of your return for it to be processed. If the return was for refund, please allow 7-10 days from receipt of the return for the refund to appear in your account.
